ayuda no puedo hacer actualizaciones windows error 80070643 80070

. ya que tengo configurada la actualizacion automatica de windows y
ultimamente me esta mandando estos errores 80070643 y 80070005 y no se que
significan o que puedo hacer. no puedo actualizar nada
no se mucho de arreglar esto
