An item with the same key has already been added

Did you find a solution for this? 5 hours in and no solutions so far, my site is down.

Hace unos dias teniamos necesidad de instalar un webpart y a
intentarlo, MOSS devolvio el error "An item with the same key ha
already been added". luego intentamos eliminar la base de contenido d

I think this happened when I added an Infopath Form to an XML form view, now my entire site is down.
