reinicio inesperado del sistema

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
coda cierto tiempo mi sistema operativo se reinicia solo
me sale una notificacion avisandome que se a perdido la
conexion con el procedimiento rps y que NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEN REINICIARA EL SISTEMA EN 60 SEGUNDOS Y
EMPIEZA LA CUENTA ATRAS NO PUEDO PARARLO SIMPLEMENTE SE
REINICI Y ME FASTIDIA TODO LO QUE ESTABA HACIENDO EN ESE
