Problemas en Sistema Windows XP Profesional SP2

Antes de explicar mi problema quiero decirles que esto ha sucedido de
la nada no se si sera por algun problema de algun banco de memoria eso
no lo se con seguridad pero lo que si tengo claro es que mi maquina se
reinicia de la Nada he buscado algunas soluciones para mi problema pero
ninguno ha resultado incluso he probado instalandole el windows 2003 y
ni aun asi, porque el problema persistia y es el siguiente. Me habian
comentado que use Debugging Tools esta herramienta para postear el
problema bueno aqui lo adjunto espero que alguien me inidique que pueda
ser el problema gracias...
