Permisos de acceso en Terminal Services

Buenas tardes a todos, agradeceria su colaboracion con esto.
tengo un servidor con los servicios de terminal server, configurado con
acceso por call de usuario.
los usuarios es encuentran en directorio activo de windows server 2003.
ambos servidores corren win 2003
cuando los usuario se van a loguear en el server de terminal este le
sgenera el siguiente error, y solo es posible que ingresen si se elemina
el grupo o usuario de la ficha de permisos de las propiedades del RDP-Tcp
del servidor de terminal y se ingresa de nuevo el grupo o usuario.

el error es el siguiente:

through Terminal Services right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop
User group have this rigth. If you are member of the remote desktop users
group or another group that has this right, or if the remote desktop user
group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually.
