no consigo k funcione bien xp

No instalaes las Norton SystemWorks.
Causan malfuncionamiento en muchas ocnfiguraciones de hardware (aunque "suene" a increible).

y siempre hay algun fallo el ultimo es k no cargaba xp al
reiniciar,¿es necesario que me instale el service pack
teniendo firewall y antivirus,porque creo que es el fallo.
