[Modem] Identificador de llamadas

¿cómo puedo hacer para saber si mi modem tiene la capacidad de identificar llamadas?

creo q hace un tiempo lo había intentado con otro soft y llegué a la conclusión (no sé si exacta), que mi modem no tiene la utilidad...
