Instalador Web

Hola a todos!!
Espero puedan ayudarme con este incoveniente.
EStoy tratando de hacer un disco de instalación para una
aplicación web asp.net .
He agregado un Web Setup Project y luego creado los
instaladores, pero cuando corro los archivos generados y
luego de asignar el directorio virtual, obtengo dos
errores, a veces sale uno y otras el otro. Los errores

1. "The specified path "http://xxx/yyy" is unavailable.
The IIS might not be running or the path exists and is
redirected to another machine. Please check status of

virtual directory in the IIS Manager"
2. "The installer was interrupted before "Aplication

could be installed. You need to restart the installer to
try again"

El directorio tiene permisos, y el usuario es
administrador de la maquina en donde se esta instalando

aplicación
