Errores en el servidor

OperationException
Request format is unrecognized for URL unexpectedly ending in '/mex'.

Buenas, al ejecutar una aplicación y consumir un WebService del Servidor
me
aparecen estos 2 errores en el visor de sucesos del servidor. Alguien sabe
como resolverlo? Gracias de antemano.

1º Error:
La cuenta con la que se está ejecutando el proceso de trabajo actual no
tiene el privilegio SeTcbPrivilege, la característica de sincronización de
la
contraseña anónima y la característica de autenticación implícita están
deshabilitadas.

2º Error:
