Configuring PuTTY - A step-by-step guide

Introduction
The following instructions illustrate a "typical" PuTTY SSH client
configuration, using Port Forwarding, (Tunnelling), to forward email
traffic over the encrypted SSH link.

This example was prepared using PuTTY version 0.52.
