colors in display

please help me my problem is the color of monitor display... general
grafics
or background is black. i like in spanish said: al prender la cpu y sube
el
logo de windows la palabra microsoft se ve borrosa con el background y
cuando sube windows completo el background se ve negro y las graficas
tambien.el programa de paint los colores estan todos negros y no puedo
usarlo please help me if you like answer me in english or spanish is
that ok. no problem... but remember explain with word i understand you
