hola amigos! tengo este script para hacer que una capa permanezca en el
mismo lugar siempre

Pero necesito que permanezca siempre en la misma posicion de la pantalla sin
importar la resolucion de la misma (800x600 o 1020x768)

¿como hago para que las coordenadas de ubicacion absoluta no dependan de la
resolucion de pantalla??)

aqui les paso todo el html! ponganlo en un body en blanco y agregenle unos
50 saltos de lineas para ver como funciona!
