Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola, tengo instalado AVG de antivirus y no me detecta nada, pero pasé el
BitDefender y me ha detectado estos virus, lo que pasa es que no los
elimina, cómo podría desinfectar el PC? Pasaría algo si borrase los archivos
donde se encuentran los virus? Tengo Windows XP SP3. Gracias

Hola Elena

Puedes probar a realizar un escaneo online, es decir, desde internet. Hay
empresas que ofrecen este servicio gratuitamente, creo que panda, mcafee
ofrecen esta opcion. Es normal que no te detecte el antivirus que tienes
instalado ya que tendras el sistema infectado.
