tengo problemas al responder un email

Cuando respondo un mensaje que he recibido , el texto antiguo queda
como "apelotonado "( como las frases todas seguidas y muchas flechas
por el medio ) La unica manera que no me aparezca apelotonado es
desactivando el editor RTF (retrocedo 2 veces )y vuelvo a activar pero
pierdo todo lo editado en ( colores .cursivas , negritas , etc)
Que puedo hacer para que esto no me suceda ?
Te pongo ejemplo de apelotonado(al darle a responder) , y del que
seria el original:
ESTE ES EL ORIGINAL: y + abajo te mando el apelotonado de como se pone
el texto cuando le doy a responder
