Run a program in a predifined time interval

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
I want to run a program every once in a predefined time interval. The
program is a windows application and the time interval is specified in a
xml file.This should be done without human interactions.
Is this possible to achieve?
If so how can I do it?

You can make an other program running in hide mode, calling
the other one every time..it's a possibility...
