Reporting Services: Error en el servidor

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola! Por favor, necesito ayuda para lo siguiente. Tenemos un servidor de
reportes de Reporting Services que estaba funcionando sin problemas. Sin
embargo de un momento a otro, al querer acceder a los reportes publicados,
genera el siguiente error:
The report server is not responding. Verify that the report server is
running and can be accessed from this computer.

1) Esta prendido el servicio?
2) Desde el mismo servidor podes entrar?
