Problemas WSUS - VerInstallFile return code: 7 PSFSIP

Por favor su ayuda, tengo un equipo con windows 2003 server, tenía
instalado
WSUS2.0 funcionando correctamente, por error se instaló WSUS 3.0 y ahora
no
puedo sincronizar con un servidor upstream, por conflicto de protocolo y
versión, se desinstalo la versio 3, pero al tratar de instalar la versión
WSUS 2.0 obtengo el siguiente error :
