Problemas de roles en servidor

Buenas tardes a todos, les escribo porke necesito su ayuda para solucionar
el
problema de roles que tenemos en muestros servidores:aqui les comento:

En cuanto al DC001 es: PDC; RID

En cuanto al DC002 es: Infraestructure

Hoy dia revise los dc's como de cosntumbre y me di con la sorpresa de que
los roles de schema y domain naiming muestra un error y no se los puede
transaferir. Creo que este error esta relacionado:

The File Replication Service is having trouble enabling replication from
DC002 to DC001 for d:\winnt\sysvol\domain using the DNS name
dc002.xxx.yyy.z.
FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning.

[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name dc002.xxx.yyy.z. from this
computer.
[2] FRS is not running on dc002..xxx.yyy.z..
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica has
not yet replicated to all the Domain Controllers.

This event log message will appear once per connection, After the problem
is fixed you will see another event log message indicating that the
connection has been established.

En el dc001 no aparece la carpeta compartida sysvol, pero en el dc002 si
esta compartida.
