Problemas de inicio de sesion

Buenas, tengo 3 servidores de AD en 3 localidades distintas
interconectadas
por vinculos P2P, en el dominio tengo configurado 3 sitios con su subred
cada
uno y asignado su DC correspondientes.
Los 3 DC tienen una copia del GC y tengo habilitado el cacheo de
pertenencia
a grupo universal tomando datos del sitio predeterminado.
Los 3 DC replican correctamente todos los datos.

El problema de que las workstation no pueden iniciar sesión se presenta
cuando se cae algún vínculo con la localidad donde está ubicado el DC1 que
es
el FSMO.

He corrido los test de dcdiag y netdiag y me han tirado éstos errores:
