Problema con troyano.

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Tuve un problema con un troyano en mi sistema que me susutityo el ejecutable
del servicio de impresion por un save.exe. El asunto es que al correr mi
antivirus, me elimina el troyano y me deshabilita el printer spooler. Alguien
sabe como instalar el servicio sin necesidad de reinstalar todo el windows
2003 server? De antemano gracias.
