problema con el web config

Hola que tal, les envio un cordial saludo a todos y a la vez quiero solicitar
su ayuda ya que me encuentro algo frustrado por algo que me ha estado pasando
a la hora de publicar una aplicacion web, resulta que yo en mi web.config
tengo las siguientes lineas que al parecer son las que me estan dando el
conflicto:

pero a la hora que publico y subo toda mi aplicacion y quiero ver mi pagina
me despliega el sig. error :
