problema al instalar Microsoft Jet 4.0

Mi servidor es El servidor es un WindowsServer2003 R2 Ent. Ed. de 64 con
SQL
2005

Quiero instalar > Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 (SP8) for Windows Server 2003 64
Bit Edition (KB829558)
Me descargo:

Al ejecutar el fichero que descargo me da el error:

estoy pensando en instalar el MDAC 2.8 directamente, ya que me pondria
Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 en SQL tambien, verdad? de todas formas
no
encuento MDAC 2.8 completo para WindowsServer2003 R2 Ent. Ed. de 64.

O que puedo instalar, alguna idea? gracias de antemano
