problema al conectar con Servicio WEB

Tengo un servicio web que funciona perfectamente el problema viene cuando
llamo desde la pda a algun metodo de dicho servicio me salta la excepcion:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.WebException' occurred in
System.Web.Services.dll

Additional information: Could not find resource assembly

capturando la excepcion el mensaje es:
"Could not find resource assembly"

tambien me aparece un Warning

Warning 1 The custom tool 'ResXFileCodeGenerator' failed while processing
the file 'Properties\Resources.resx'.

Estoy trabajando con el simulador de Visual Studio .NET 2005 Beta 1 y
trabajando de forma local
