no puedo descargar los parches de seguridad

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
hola a tod@s

cuando intento descargar cualquier parche de seguridad de microsoft, me sale
este mensaje "setup cannot update your windows xp files because the language
installed on your system is different from the update language"

que tendria que hacer para poder descargarlos?

¿Desde dónde descargas las actualizaciones? ¿El idioma de las mismas
coincide con el idioma de tu sistema operativo?
