No instala IE7 in Internet Explorer en winodws XP SP3

SALUDOS
tengo un Hp pavilion DV6000 con winodws XP SP3 no he podido instalarle en
IE7 me saca error en a actulizarlo Cuando intenta instalar Windows Internet
Explorer 7, recibe un mensaje de error intente todos los metodos de la web
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917925/es y nada los permisos del
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT y tampoco por favor en intentado mil y una veces y nada el
ie7.log me saca esto
