Monitorear acceso web

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
buenos dias, tal vez ya han hechoesta pregunta, pero necesito
monitorear las paginas que accesan en una red que tiene un server con
win2000 y estaciones con xp. si el programa genera un reporte mucho
mejor. gracias.
