MENSAJE DE ERROR EN IE 6.0

Al cargar el chat de lycos me sale una pagina web en
blanco diciendome:

might have been removed, had its name changed, or is
temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

the address bar of your browser is spelled and formatted
correctly.
· If you reached this page by clicking a link,

Information Services (IIS).

Esto a que es debido y como lo puedo solucionar.Gracias
