Me estan enloqueciendo!!!!

Hola grupo, necesito por favor y me indiquen a donde debo
de solicitar o configurar mi cuenta de hotmail dado que
desde ya hace un tiempo recibo muchos correos al la
carpeta de no deseados los cuales hacen referencia a
temas como si se tratara del propio Microsoft, estos
tienen un tamano estandar de 144 y 155 K borro y vuelven
y me los remiten, por consiguiente permanezco con mi
email full. Un ejemplo de coreeo es: (mas dato adjunto
que no me atrevo a abrir, sospecho que es virus) Gracias.
