ISA 2004 error ftp: bind :Can't assign requested address

Tengo un problema alguien me puede ayudar con lo siguiente...
Me ocurre desde la linea de comando, con el Firewall Client, con cualquier
sitio ftp, el server tiene + de una placa de red.
