I tried all for fixing error 1601 but it simply dont work

Anyway... you can try this:
1.- Delete the cache and temporary files (Start > Run: CLEANMGR:EXE)
2.- Run a antiadware tool like Ad-aware, Spybot or MS AntiSpy
3.- Check if your OS its updated in http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
4.- Re-start (reboot) your PC
5..- Disable any tool like the Ad-watch (ad-aware) or Teatimer (Spybot S&D)
6.- Close the MSN Messenger, do a right click in its icon located in the systray and select "Exit"
7.- Then, try to download the MSN again and install it
