HAY ALGUNPROBLEMA POR TENER NORTON ANTIVIRUS INSTALADO

no es lo mismo el antivirus que el security center de Norton, es una especie
de firewall
te sugiero quites el security Center y dejes activo el firewall de XP
y el antivirus, usalo tranquilamente
