error id 27 winmgmt

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a Todos estoy teniendo el sig problema en un windows server 2003 y
resulta que el unico error grave es el del titulo :
Event ID 27 (Source Winmgmt) - WinMgmt could not open the repository file.
This could be due to insufficient security access to the
"<SystemRoot>\System32\WBEM\Repository", insufficient disk space or
insufficient memory.

a. net stop winmgmt
b. renombre c:\windows\system32\wbemepository directory
c. net start winmgmt

Luego de hacer lo siguiente reinicie pero sigue sin andar alguien sabe
como solucionar este problema desde ya muchas gracias

En una ventana de comando ejecuta lo siguiente:
rundll32 wbemupgd, RepairWMISetup

Si aun así no te funciona, ejecuta todo lo que te pongo a continuación, pero
asegúrate primero de que tras lo anterior no se ha solucionado el problema:
winmgmt /clearadap
winmgmt /kill
winmgmt /unregserver
winmgmt /regserver
winmgmt /resyncperf
net stop winmgmt
del %windir%\system32\Wbem\Repository\*.* /s
net start winmgmt
%windir%\system32\wbem\wbemtest.exe
