Error en el EXPLORER.EXE

Kernel32.dll errors are most often associated with outdated video
display
drivers. Try visiting the manufacturer's website to see if they offer
updated drivers for your video display card. If not, try reducing
hardware
acceleration and see if that fixes it:

1. Right-click the My Computer icon on the Desktop, then click
Properties.
The System Properties dialog box appears.
2. Click the Performance tab.
3. Under Advanced Settings, click Graphics. The Advanced Graphics
Settings
dialog box appears.
4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to the left one or two
positions.
5. Click OK, then restart the system when prompted.

Continuamente el EXPLORER.EXE cierra el escritorio,
avisando de que se ha producido un error en KERNEL32.DLL,
y en ocasiones obliga a reiniciar.
¿Como se pueden reinstalar estos modulos desde el CD
original ?
