Error creando un site en Sharepoint 2003

Buenas tardes grupo

Por fin y tras varios dias instalando cosas, he podido instalar el
SharePoint 2003 He seguido al dedillo dos manuales que he encontrado
(uno de Microsoft y otro tuyo Gustavo)...y en ambos me encuentro con el
mismo problema.

Una vez terminado de instalar... voy a crear un Sitio, y tras pasar el 1% me
da un error... cuyo log es el que sigue... He estado buscando por
internet... y no he encontrado nada ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar?
