Error al montar aplicacion sobre WEB Server

Hola a todos a golpes y empujones tengo una mini aplicacion que quiero ya
este en el servidor WEB, en mi maquina local todo funciona bien pero en el
web server me manda el siguiente error y si reviso el log, un error es:
Failed to execute the request because the ASP.NET process identity does
not have read permissions to the global assembly cache. Acceso denegado,
supongo me falta agregar alguna cuenta o algo en el server es lo que
entiendo ¿alguien podria orientarme?


El error en el explorador es este:
