Error al Instalar MMIT 1.0

Hola de nuevo Lucho, te vuelvo a escribir sobre lo que te dije antes, ya que
acado de encontrar lo siguiente:

En esta página web, encontrarás un texto que dice:

To make use of the mobile functionality in the Issue Tracker Starter Kit you
will need the ASP.NET mobile controls. If you are using the .NET Framework
v1.1 you already have the ASP.NET mobile controls. If you are using the .NET
Framework v1.0, you will need to either upgrade to v1.1, or install the
Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit.

al pretender instalarlo me da el error:

¿algún consejo?
