Como Identificar Procesos no Deseados

Amigos corri el regedit y empece a buscar los Procesos que estaban
corriendo en el momento, y encontre muchos que no tiene refencias o datos
para identificarlos, hay alguna manera para identificar los que no son de
Microsoft o por otro lado que sean dañinos o programas no deseados
